Fitting the definition of a traditional dress watch, this JLC is an extremely link thin 5.8mm tall with no seconds hand and a clean dial. With so little to hide behind, the link markers, hands, and rose gold case have to be executed to perfection, and that is what JLC does here. High polished flowing lines of the case paired with sharp angles in link the markers create a visual tension and balance that is easy to appreciate while not being ostentatious.
You often hear folks talking about their love for the Patek link Philippe Nautilus – how they wish they could link get their hands on one, how it's their grail watch.
